The Lamakha Stone Handcrafted Leather Journal is made from deep burgundy full grain leather, finished to a rich distressed tone — the colour of old libraries, well-worn manuscripts, and the notebooks that thoughtful people carry their whole lives. The front cover is hand-embossed with a repeating cross motif — bold X marks and compass symbols pressed deep into the grain across the entire surface, giving the leather an ancient, almost runic character. At the centre, a genuine lapis lazuli gemstone is set in a hand-stitched circular leather frame, surrounded by an embossed ring of fine detail. The antique silver locking clasp on the right holds everything closed and private.

Turn it over, and the back cover tells a different story: diagonal channels cut through a field of hand-embossed leaves and florals — a quietly beautiful second face that few journals bother to give you.

Inside: cream handmade blank pages that open completely flat. Acid-free. Compatible with every pen and fountain pen you own. No bleed-through. No feathering. Just paper that takes what you give it without complaint.
