Shipping Policy
Domestic shipping fees of ₹129 are applicable for orders priced upto ₹1299. Free shipping on all orders above ₹1299. International shipping fees are chargeable at a flat rate of ₹1499 (Approx $15). All orders are shipped by a reputed shipping company. If your location is not serviced by our courier service providers, we will ship the order via India Post.
Please note: Custom duties may be applicable on your package for international shipments and will be payable by the Buyer. The fee amount will vary based on the order value and destination country regulations.

The above timelines are approximate once the package has shipped from our warehouse. Processing and packing timelines may vary between 1 - 3 business days, depending on the items ordered. We will not be able to guarantee deliveries by a specific date or time.
Our courier partners will make 2-3 attempts to deliver the product(s). If they fail on each account for whatever reason, the package will be returned to us. To re-ship the order, an additional shipping fee will be applicable. This fee is not negotiable and we urge The Buyer to be available for the delivery or inform us beforehand in case of any special circumstances. No refunds will be offered for undelivered shipments past 30 days from placing the order.
In case the package has been marked as delivered but the Buyer hasn't received it, please notify us within 48 hrs of receiving the delivery notification or delivery date to raise an investigation against the same. Lamakha and our delivery partners will not be responsible for any loss of goods if there is a delay in notifying us.

SHIPPING IN CASE OF RETURN:
If you consider your product to be eligible for a return you should mail your product to "Lamakha/The Great Udaipur Craft Outlet, Shop-27, B, Line 2, Jhariya Marg, Hathipole, Udaipur, Rajasthan (313001), INDIA". Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
